Tasting notes
The nose lifts ripe blackcurrant, plum, and a soft note of cedar over a light herbal edge. The palate is medium-bodied and structured, with black-fruit weight, a whisper of vanilla oak, and Bordeaux's classic drying tannin. The finish is clean and warm, with a lingering dark-fruit note and a subtle savory grip.
Food pairing
A classical partner for Shabbos brisket, roast lamb, herbed chicken, and cholent. Also comfortable with hard aged cheeses.
