Rollover To Zoom
Teperberg Impression Cabernet Sauvignon Semi-Dry is the softer twin: same Samson-region Cab, dialed for a touch of residual sugar so it lands with a wider table. The Teperberg family's answer for guests who prefer a fruit-forward, semi-sweet pour.
Mood: Soft, semi-sweet, kiddush-friendly.
Sommelier's note
"A semi-dry Cab that lands with the crowd. Ripe blackcurrant, plum jam, and a gentle sweetness that keeps guests reaching. Mevushal, chill-friendly."
Tasting notes
Deep ruby with aromas of ripe blackcurrant, plum jam, and cedar. The palate is medium-full and semi-sweet, with cassis, black cherry, and a soft caramel-vanilla midpoint. The finish is soft and gently sweet.
Food pairing
Shabbos kiddush pours, gefilte fish, chicken soup, lighter meat mains, kugels, and sweet-side desserts. Great for guests who don't drink dry wine.
