Rollover To Zoom
Netofa Latour Rosado is a 100% Tempranillo rosé from Netofa Winery in Israel's Lower Galilee, made by Pierre Miodownick in the Iberian mold. Bright pink, dry, and one of the country's most quietly loved rosés.
Mood: Bright, dry, Mediterranean.
Sommelier's note
"A Tempranillo rosé from the Galilee that drinks like a Spanish beach wine with an Israeli passport. Fresh berry, citrus, a whisper of pepper. The insider's summer bottle."
Tasting notes
Vivid pink with aromas of fresh strawberry, watermelon, and a light citrus lift. The palate is bright and dry, medium-bodied, with red cherry, ruby grapefruit, and a wisp of white pepper. The finish is clean, fresh, and softly herbal.
Food pairing
Grilled fish, herbed chicken, mezze and Middle Eastern starters, Provençal salads, mild cheeses (dairy), Shabbos day kiddush in summer.
