Rollover To Zoom
Jezreel Valley Rosé is the Nahalal winery's signature pink: a dry, Mediterranean-style rosé from Israel's Jezreel Valley, where the Golan-inspired boutique operation of the Yaacov Ner-David-Jacob Ner-David team farms terroir-driven Israeli grapes. Bright, food-friendly, and mevushal-optional.
Mood: Bright, boutique, Mediterranean.
Sommelier's note
"A boutique Israeli rosé with real character. Strawberry, blood orange, a whisper of white pepper. Drinks like a Provençal pink with an Israeli passport."
Tasting notes
Pale salmon with aromas of ripe strawberry, blood orange, and dried herbs. The palate is dry and medium-bodied, with red cherry, watermelon, and a soft mineral spine. The finish is clean, fresh, and gently peppered.
Food pairing
Grilled salmon, herbed chicken, mezze plates, Middle Eastern salads, mild soft cheeses (dairy course), summer Shabbos day kiddush. Also friendly at a bar mitzvah luncheon.
