Rollover To Zoom
Klaris is Pescaja's Chardonnay from Piedmont's Asti hills, a bright, food-friendly white built for the Shabbos table. Flash-pasteurized as mevushal so it can be poured by anyone at kiddush without losing its liveliness.
Mood: Bright, orchard, honest.
"A Piedmont chardonnay that keeps its citrus edge through the mevushal treatment — no small trick, and exactly why this bottle earns a slot on the Friday night table."
Tasting Notes
Grapefruit peel, white peach and orchard blossom lift from the glass. The palate is soft and fresh, with green apple and a whisper of pear held together by clean, low-key acidity. Finish is dry with a faint almond echo that lingers past the last sip.
Food Pairing
Reach for it with Shabbos chicken, roasted branzino, herbed schnitzel, or a warm challah spread with olive oil and za'atar. Equally at home with a summer dairy lunch of pasta primavera and green salads.
