Tasting notes
Cassis, black cherry, cedar, and a curl of graphite. Dense and structured with layered dark fruit, sweet oak spice, and a savory herbal thread. Long, firm, and built for cellaring, with fine-grained tannin that closes gracefully.
Food pairing
Uncork with a Yom Tov prime rib, wine-braised short ribs, or a lamb roast at the seudah.
