A 23-year Speyside finished in French cuvee oak casks once used to age vintage Champagne. The Champagne-cask finish lends a unique sparkling-wine lift to the heavy malt depth.

Tasting notes
Pear, brioche, vanilla custard, candied lemon peel, sandalwood. Silky and full, with baked apple, honey, oak spice, and a Champagne-like brightness. Very long, elegant, and slowly fading on vanilla oak.
