Tasting notes
Ripe blackberry, dark cherry, sweet vanilla, a whisper of dried herb. Full-bodied with rich black fruit, soft tannin, and a hint of warm spice — clean and pure without sulfite edge. Smooth, fruit-forward, with a mellow oak close.
Food pairing
Grilled vegetables, lamb kebabs, hearty Friday-night chicken, mushroom kugel.
