Kedem Estates Blush Chablis is a soft New York blush made in the historic Kedem cellar in Marlboro, NY by the Herzog family. Semi-dry, easy on the palate, and priced as the everyday kiddush wine it was built to be.
Mood: Soft, semi-dry, crowd-friendly.

"An unfussy pink kiddush wine. Light strawberry, a whisper of sweetness, chilled cold and passed around. The bottle for a big table where nobody wants to think about the wine."
Tasting notes
Light salmon in color with aromas of red apple, watermelon, and strawberry. The palate is light-bodied and semi-dry, with soft berry fruit and a touch of white peach. The finish is short, clean, and easy.
Food pairing
A kiddush workhorse. Pairs with challah, gefilte fish, cold cuts, salad platters, and mild dairy at a Shabbos shalom zachor or seudah shlishit. Also comfortable at the picnic table.
