Yarden is the flagship label of Golan Heights Winery, farming volcanic soils at some of Israel's highest vineyard elevations. This late-harvest Muscat is a small-format dessert wine crafted for the end of the seudah.
Mood: Floral, honeyed, luscious.
Our sommelier says
A half-bottle dessert Muscat sized right for the end of a Yom Tov meal.
Tasting notes
Orange blossom, honey, apricot, and dried rose petal. Sweet and viscous with candied citrus, ripe peach, and a slow honey drift. Long, silky, and lifted by fresh acidity that keeps the sweetness in check.
Food pairing
Pour with fruit tart, honey cake, or Rosh Hashanah dessert.
