Tasting Notes
Pale straw with a persistent, fine mousse. Nose of white peach, orange blossom, ripe pear and a whisper of brioche. The palate is off-dry with sweet citrus, orchard fruit and a mineral-saline edge that keeps it from cloying. Finish is soft, cleanly refreshing and gently sweet.
Food Pairing
The go-to for engagement l'chaims, sheva brachos toasts and Kiddush after davening. Also lovely alongside sponge cake, apple strudel, honey cake, or a fresh fruit dessert board.
