Tasting Notes
A pearly pink with luminous golden highlights. Aromas of white peach and pear meet exotic touches of lychee, passion fruit, and grapefruit zest, with citrus and floral lift. The palate is fresh, dry, and elegant, with the salinity that marks the best Cotes de Provence.
Food Pairing
Grilled branzino, herbed roast chicken, salade nicoise, ratatouille, and Mediterranean meze. A natural Shabbos lunch pour from kiddush through the main course.
