Tasting notes
Vanilla, baked agave, toasted oak, dried coconut. Round and slightly smoky; cooked agave with oak spice. Long and warming, wood holding center.
Food pairing
Neat or over a single large rock; carne asada, dark chocolate, smoked nuts.
