Rollover To Zoom
Dalton's Reserve Cabernet is a dark, eucalyptus-tinged Galilee Cab with serious oak aging and the kind of mineral depth that comes from high-altitude vineyards. One of Israel's most reliable mid-tier flagships.
Mood: dark, structured, age-worthy.
Our sommelier says
"Eucalyptus and minty cooling notes are the giveaway here — classic Galilee Cabernet. Dalton's Reserve drinks beautifully at 5–7 years and is one of the great mid-tier values in Israeli wine."
Tasting notes
Dark purple. Aromas of blackberry, ripe plum, eucalyptus, and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied with rich dark fruit, polished tannins, and well-integrated French oak. Long finish on dried herb and minty cool notes.
Food pairing
Grilled steak, lamb chops, braised brisket, aged hard cheeses, yom tov roasts. Decant young.
