Tasting notes
Ripe blackcurrant, blackberry and a whisper of vanilla oak on the nose. Palate is medium-full with polished tannin and layered dark fruit. Finish is smooth with a lift of spice.
Food pairing
A classic pour for brisket, roast lamb, ribeye, or a Shabbos-lunch cholent. Also pairs well with aged hard cheeses.
