Mood: Bright, ripe, Iberian.
Our sommelier says
Spanish kosher for the table that wants something other than Bordeaux for once.
Tasting notes
Red cherry, strawberry, dried herb, hint of leather. Medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, soft tannins, and a warm Mediterranean roundness. Clean with persistent red fruit and a peppery edge.
Food pairing
Grilled lamb, paella, hard cheeses, tapas.
