Tasting Notes
Ripe apple, pear, peach, quince, flint, matchstick, sweet spice. Full-bodied and elegant, layered apple and peach over a smoky mineral core, intense acidity holding it tight. Long, focused, ending on flint, slate, and ripe fruit.
