Tasting notes

Raisin, brown sugar, candied orange and a wisp of leather. Thick and resinous with fig jam, dark toffee and toasted walnut. Long, warming and saturated with sherried spice.

Food pairing

Cut a few drops of cold water and pour alongside dark chocolate, sticky toffee pudding, or a wedge of aged Manchego.
