Tasting notes
Fresh and dried dark fruit, regional herb, earth, and smoky oak. Big and rich with firm tannin, layered black fruit, and a savory backbone. Long and smoky, with herb and oak holding the close.

Grilled ribeye, smoked brisket, lamb chops, and Yom Tov tables that want a big-flavor red.
