Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Reposado is an oak-rested sotol, the Mexican spirit distilled from the wild Dasylirion (desert spoon) plant of Chihuahua rather than agave. Rested 6 to 12 months in French oak for a smooth, lightly spiced character with soft notes of oak and gentle earthy sweetness. USDA Organic. Certified Kosher for Passover.
