Bardstown's high-rye bourbon — small-batch blended from selected barrels at the Barton 1792 Distillery, named for the year Kentucky joined the Union. Spice-forward and bold, with classic Kentucky structure.

Tasting notes
Caramel, rye spice, toasted oak, hint of cherry. Medium-to-full bodied with peppery rye, dark caramel, vanilla, and a structured oak frame. Long and warming with rye spice and a toasted-oak fade.
Food pairing
Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or neat after a steakhouse meal.
