Photo for reference. Vintage may differ from the bottle shipped.
Amuka is Or Haganuz's approachable range, named for the village near Tzfat. The rosé is dry, and the neck of the bottle is wrapped in Hebrew text — the winery leans into where it comes from.
Mood: Dry, bright, rooted.
Our sommelier says
Mevushal and dry, which is a combination worth knowing about — it holds up at a catered table where the bottle gets poured by someone else.
Tasting notes
Strawberry, red cherry and a citrus lift. Dry and clean across the palate with fresh red fruit. A crisp, refreshing finish.
Food pairing
Salads, grilled fish, mezze and a summer Shabbos lunch.
