Cabernet Franc gives this its green, peppery lift. Do not serve it too warm or that edge disappears.
Tasting notes
Red and black currant with a leafy, herbal note from the Franc. Medium-bodied and dry across the palate with fine tannin. A clean finish with a peppery, herbal edge.
Food pairing
Roast chicken, herbed lamb, and grilled vegetables. Good with a Friday-night table that is not all meat.
