Cantina Giuliano Chianti is made by Lara and Eli Gauthier in Casciana Alta, one of the very few fully kosher estates in all of Tuscany. Sangiovese blended with a touch of the local Ciliegiolo grape gives it a soft Tuscan character with real terroir signature. Small-producer Chianti with a real kosher story.

Tasting notes
The nose lifts fresh red cherry, dried rose, and a soft herbal note over a light savory edge. The palate is medium-bodied and lively, with red-fruit weight, a whisper of dried herb, and Sangiovese's classic bright acidity balanced by Ciliegiolo's rounder plummy fruit. The finish is long and clean, with a lingering red-cherry note and a subtle earthy grip.
Food pairing
A classical partner for pasta bolognese, roast chicken, herbed veal, Shabbos brisket, and Sephardic slow-cooked meats. Also holds up to hard aged cheeses.
