Rollover To Zoom
Har Bracha's estate Bracha Blend is grown on Mount Gerizim in Samaria — 45% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. Ten months in French oak give a supple, rounded red rooted in ancient Biblical hills.
Mood: Warm, rounded, storied.
A blend that leans generous — soft tannins, dark berry fruit and a gentle Mediterranean warmth from Samarian sun.
Tasting Notes
Blackberry, black cherry and dark plum meet vanilla, cedar and a hint of dried herb. Medium- to full-bodied with soft, plush tannins and a lightly sweet, ripe-fruit core lifted by fresh acidity. Warmly spiced with lingering dark fruit and a soft oak framing.
Food Pairing
Pairs with Shabbos roast chicken, meatballs in tomato sauce, cholent, lamb tagine and grilled sausages.
