Rollover To Zoom
Lavie Koffee is Lavie Distillery's parve espresso liqueur, made in Gush Etzion by macerating roasted coffee beans in alcohol for a deep, aromatic pour. Kosher and Pesach-approved without legume concerns. The 375ml is the half-size gift bottle.
Mood: Aromatic. Dark. After-Dinner.
Tasting notes
The nose lifts deep roasted coffee, cocoa, and a soft note of caramel over a warm baking spice. The palate is smooth and lightly sweet, with rich espresso weight, cocoa, and a subtle vanilla note carried on a silky texture. The finish is long and warm, with a lingering coffee bitterness and a soft sweet close.
Food pairing
Serve on a rock over ice or splash into a parve espresso martini after Yom Tov meat meals. Beautiful with dark chocolate and honey cake. Also the base of a parve tiramisu-style dessert.
