Rollover To Zoom
A friendly Mendoza Merlot from high-altitude Andean vineyards, ripe and smooth without trying too hard. Mevushal, KFP, and easy on the wallet — the kind of everyday kosher Argentine red that keeps the drawer stocked at twelve dollars.
Mood: Easy, everyday, Andes.
"Twelve dollars, mevushal, KFP, real Mendoza fruit — this is the bottle you keep three cases of. Not a critic wine, but exactly right for a big family Shabbos table."
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby. Nose of ripe plum, black cherry, mocha and a whisper of dried herb. The palate is medium-bodied and soft with velvety tannins, dark berry fruit and a hint of vanilla. Finish is smooth, gently warm and cleanly resolved.
Food Pairing
The weeknight family Merlot — pours with brisket, weeknight steak, chicken shawarma, or a good burger. Also solid alongside pizza night, cholent, and BBQ ribs.
