Patron Silver is the unaged flagship from the Patron Spirits Company in Jalisco, distilled at Hacienda Patron from 100% Weber blue agave roasted in small brick ovens. It is Star-K listed as 100% agave tequila acceptable year-round including Pesach, with no aging in non-kosher wine casks.

Tasting notes
Fresh agave, citrus zest, and a whisper of black pepper. Light and smooth with sweet agave, lime pith, and a faint mineral salinity. Clean, peppery, and short — exactly what a blanco should be.

The default for a Pesach margarita or paloma; also a clean foil for guacamole and ceviche at a Yom Tov lunch.
