Vera Wang Party Prosecco Rose is a DOC-certified Italian sparkling rose blended from 90% Glera and 10% Pinot Noir, harvested in the province of Vicenza in the Veneto. Hand-harvested, gently crushed, and finished with a low-temperature secondary fermentation and three months on lees.
Mood: Effervescent, light, celebratory.
Tasting Notes
Refreshing, light, and effervescent with notes of stone fruits and apples. The palate is dry and lifted with a fine bead and a bright acidic spine. The finish is clean and citrus-driven.
Food Pairing
A natural for a wedding toast, a Yom Tov aperitif, or a warm-weather kiddush. Also fine with smoked salmon, sushi, or a fruit-forward dessert.
