Tasting notes
Cranberry, tobacco leaf, and bittersweet chocolate over ripe ruby fruit. Medium-bodied and supple with pomegranate, raspberry, plush tannins, and dark chocolate. Coffee, lavender, and fennel notes skating into a minty close.
Pairing
Shabbos roast chicken, brisket sliders, or a weekday burger; also drinks well chilled-down with summer kebabs.
