Tasting notes
Black cherry, dried plum, baking spice, leather, a thread of volcanic earth. Medium-to-full bodied with firm tannins, dark fruit, espresso, and a savory mineral spine. Long and grippy with cocoa and warm spice.

Roast lamb, osso buco, brisket, hard aged cheeses, rich Shabbos cholent.
