Tasting notes
Cassis, ripe plum, and a touch of cedar from twelve months in French barriques. Medium- to full-bodied, with layered black fruit, a savory herbal note, and gentle oak tannin. Smooth and warming, with sweet spice and a clean, gently grippy close.
Food pairing
Roast brisket, Friday-night chicken, kebabs off the mangal, and any cholent with serious meat.
