Tasting Notes
Deep ruby. Nose of black cherry, blackcurrant, dried herb and a subtle Mediterranean scrub note. The palate is medium-full with rounded tannins, layered dark fruit, warm spice and a hint of leather. Finish is warm, mineral-touched and cleanly resolved.

Made for Shabbos brisket, roast chicken, or a lamb kebab. Also excellent alongside cholent, Shabbos meat spreads, and aged hard cheeses.
