Rollover To Zoom
Naviante's vineyards lie in the Langhe, below Naviante Hill where the Tanaro River curves — the same terroir that makes Piedmont's Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo famous. This DOC Nebbiolo is a serious kosher Piedmont red, mevushal for the Shabbos table without losing the silky Nebbiolo signature.
Mood: Silky, Piedmont, floral.
"Real Langhe Nebbiolo, mevushal, in a Shabbos-friendly kosher bottle. If you love Barolo but want something drinking well now, this is your bottle."
Tasting Notes
Garnet in the glass. Nose of red berry, dried rose petal, tar and warm sweet oak. The palate is medium-bodied and dry with silky tannins, red cherry, wild strawberry, and a floral freshness that carries the varietal signature. Finish is long, elegant and gently spiced.
Food Pairing
The Piedmont classic — pair with brasato, osso buco, roasted duck breast, or Shabbos brisket with root vegetables. Also excellent with mushroom risotto and aged hard cheeses.
