Tasting Notes
Fresh red cherry, raspberry, and plum on the nose with a soft floral lift. The palate is bright and juicy, red-berry fruit and a whisper of white pepper carried by supple tannins. The finish is clean and fruit-driven.
Food Pairing
A weeknight-to-Shabbos crossover with roast chicken, pizza, empanadas, meatball dishes, or a slow-cooked cholent. Also welcome at a Melava Malka with mezze and cured meats.
