Silver Sky Sparkling Rose is Contessa Annalisa's pale-pink frizzante — semi-dry, mevushal, and low in alcohol. The rosé counterpart to the Silver Sky white, made for warm-weather Shabbos afternoons.

Tasting notes
Fresh strawberry, watermelon, and pink grapefruit on the nose, lifted by clean sparkling bubbles. Semi-dry and lightly sparkling on the palate — red-berry fruit up front, a whisper of citrus zest through the middle, easy acidity underneath. Medium finish with lingering strawberry and a clean, mineral echo.
Food pairing
Ideal for Shabbos brunch, kiddush cheeses, grilled salmon, or a summer picnic. Also lovely with fruit-based desserts.
