Tasting notes
Ripe white peach and orange blossom lift out of the can, with a light apricot note underneath. Softly frizzante — peach and honeyed moscato carry the middle, sweetness held in check by a clean citrus lift. Off-dry, bright, and short — the peach lingers.
Pairing
Chill hard and pop. Perfect with kiddush spreads, brunch fruit, sponge cake, or on ice at a summer barbecue.
