Tzafona's Riesling Icewine — frozen Niagara Riesling hand-harvested at −8°C and pressed at peak concentration. Lime, apricot and honeysuckle wrapped around Riesling's signature racy acidity: a kosher icewine with electric balance between sweetness and zest.

Tasting Notes
Bright gold in the glass. Nose of candied lime, apricot, honeysuckle and orange blossom with a touch of white peach. The palate is lush and sweet but cut through by vivid Riesling acidity — preserved lemon, ripe apricot and honey over a mineral spine. The finish is long, zesty and clean.
Food Pairing
Carries the Yom Tov dessert course — fruit tarts, lemon posset, crème brûlée and sharp aged cheeses. A classic at the Rosh Hashanah table with honey cake, and at the Yom Kippur break-fast.
