Rollover To Zoom
Bartenura's Asti is the brand's flagship Piedmont sparkling: sweet, frothy Moscato from the Asti DOCG, a cousin to the famous blue-bottle Moscato but with bigger bubbles and a fuller dessert profile.
Mood: sweet, festive, the dessert pour.
Our sommelier says
"This is the bottle to bring out at the end of the meal. Bigger bubbles than the blue-bottle Moscato, full sweetness, and a fruit-basket nose that turns dessert into a moment."
Tasting notes
A nose full of peach, apricot, and orange blossom. The palate is sweet, frothy, and aromatic, with ripe tropical fruit carried by lively bubbles. Finish is sweet and clean.
Food pairing
Fruit tarts, panna cotta, baklava, brunch spreads, Shabbos kiddush. Serve well chilled.
