Rollover To Zoom
The pink sister to the blue-bottle Moscato, in slim 250ml cans for a Shabbos kiddush or a poolside afternoon. Same Pavia Muscat grapes, brief skin contact for the pale-coral color, and Bartenura's signature off-dry fizz.
Mood: pink, fizzy, breezy.
This is the can to bring to the bungalow. Chilled, simple, hard to argue with.
Tasting notes
Wild strawberry, watermelon rind, and honeysuckle, with a slight grapey lift from the Moscato base. Crisp bubbles, semi-sweet melon and pink grapefruit, a brush of orange zest, low alcohol that stays out of the way. Finishes clean and refreshing — the kind of close that makes you reach for the next can.
Food pairing
Lovely with fruit salad and cheesecake at kiddush, summer salads, sushi night, or as the easy yes for a Shabbos afternoon nap-and-pour.
