Cassis, dark cherry, cigar box, sweet vanilla, and crushed herb. Medium-to-full with ripe black fruit, controlled oak, and a touch of sweetness from the Shiraz. Long and generous, with spice and dark fruit lingering.

Pepper steak, lamb shawarma, beef kebabs, and Shabbos cholent.
