Rollover To Zoom
Hagafen's dry California Rose is everything kosher rose used to wish it could be: pale salmon, fully dry, made from 100% Napa Valley fruit by the Weir family on their Napa Green certified estate. The mevushal seal makes it the safe simcha-table pour.
Mood: Crisp, sun-warmed, refreshingly dry.
“The Provence-style answer to sweet pink kiddush wine — light enough for Friday-night lunch, serious enough for the wine drinker at the table.”
Tasting Notes
Subtle strawberry and white peach lift on the nose, with watermelon rind, pink grapefruit zest, and a whisper of crushed petal. The palate is bone-dry and crisp, layering juicy red fruit, melon, and a soft mineral edge over bright Napa acidity. The finish is clean and refreshing, with strawberry and a faint chalky lift.
Food Pairing
Pour cold at Shabbos lunch, summer kiddush, or a Yom Tov brunch. Excellent with grilled salmon, light dairy, mezze, and Shavuos cheese boards.
