Rollover To Zoom
From the same elevated Judean Hills terroir as Shiloh's flagship Cabernet, the Secret Reserve Merlot offers softer texture and brighter red-fruit on the same serious framework. Oak-aged, age-worthy, and built for the head of the table.
Mood: plush, structured, simcha-ready.
Our sommelier says
"Don't sleep on Israeli Merlot. Shiloh's Secret Reserve gives you the same plush, modern Judean-Hills character as the Cab — with softer tannins that drink beautifully a few years earlier."
Tasting notes
Deep ruby. Aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, vanilla, and cocoa. The palate is full and round with red and black fruit, silky tannins, and well-integrated oak. Long finish on sweet spice and dark chocolate.
Food pairing
Braised short rib, lamb chops, roast duck, mushroom dishes, aged cheeses, yom tov roasts.
