Rollover To Zoom
Golan Heights Winery's Mount Hermon Moscato is the joyful low-alcohol sweet sparkler — Muscat Canelli grown entirely in the Golan, lightly fizzy at just 6% ABV. The bottle that keeps the Motzei Shabbos dessert table (and the sheva brachos crowd) properly hydrated.
Mood: Bubbly, joyful, easy.
"Low alcohol, low commitment, high joy — the sweet sparkler you keep chilled for whoever shows up. Six percent, kosher, KFP, and eighteen dollars. That's a solved problem."
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with a lively fine bead. Nose is a Muscat calling-card — pineapple, ripe mango, honeysuckle, lemongrass and a whisper of white flower. The palate is off-dry to sweet with vibrant tropical fruit, gentle citrus and a soft mineral edge. Finish is light, fresh and cleanly sweet.
Food Pairing
The dessert-course wine — pours with tropical fruit tart, lemon curd, sponge cake, or Motzei Shabbos ice cream. Also lovely at Kiddush, sheva brachos toasts, and any afternoon simcha where high ABV isn't wanted.
