Tasting Notes
Pale peach-gold with a soft spritz. Nose of ripe peach, apricot nectar, honeysuckle and a whisper of orange peel. The palate is off-dry to sweet, juicy, low-alcohol, with vibrant peach and citrus. Finish is light, sweet and cleanly refreshing.
Food Pairing
Iced summer sipper — pours with fresh fruit salad, sponge cake, or an afternoon Kiddush spread. Also lovely as a spritz over ice with a slice of peach or lime.
