The interesting one on this shelf: Dabouki is an indigenous Israeli grape that almost disappeared, and Teperberg blends it here with Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer. Famitage is the winery's own word for a family blend.
Mood: Local, aromatic, dry.

Dabouki is the reason to buy this. There are very few wines anywhere that still use it, and it gives a stony, almost salty backbone.
Tasting notes
Citrus and white flowers over a stony, herbal base. Dry and textured across the palate, with the Gewürztraminer adding a floral lift. A clean, mineral finish.
Food pairing
Grilled fish, mezze, hummus and salads. Very good with Middle Eastern food generally.
