Rollover To Zoom
Lovatelli Vermouth Bianco is a dry white vermouth from Piedmont, infused with coriander seed, orange peel, vanilla and cardamom over a crisp white wine base. Mevushal under the OU — the kosher Martini and Vesper bottle every frum home bar wanted.
Mood: Crisp, aromatic, dry.
"Kosher dry vermouth from an actual Piedmont producer — this is the bottle that turns a home Martini from wishful thinking into a real drink. Buy two and forget about it."
Tasting Notes
Pale straw with faint green flashes. Nose of coriander seed, candied orange peel, vanilla bean and a whisper of cardamom. The palate is dry and aromatic with citrus zest, subtle bitter herb and a whisper of spice. Finish is clean, dry and gently herbal.
Food Pairing
Build kosher Martinis, Gibsons and Vespers with it, or sip well-chilled over ice with a twist and green olives as an aperitif before Shabbos or Yom Tov. Pairs with cured fish, aged cheeses, olives and light antipasto.
