A 95% rye whiskey rested up to eighteen months in authentic Caribbean rum casks, smoothing rye's pepper into something almost tropical. Bottled at 100 proof, it remains structured even as the rum sweetness rounds every edge.

Tasting notes
Brown sugar, vanilla, baking spice with a thread of tropical fruit. Spicy rye softened by molasses, honey and rum-cask sweetness. Long, warm and gently sweet.
