The Merlot in Teperberg's Vision range — softer and rounder than the Cabernet beside it, and dry despite how approachable it drinks.
Mood: Soft, round, easy.
Our sommelier says
The gentler of the two Vision reds. Good for a table that finds Cabernet too firm.
Tasting notes
Ripe plum, blackberry and a hint of cocoa. Smooth and medium-bodied across the palate with soft tannin. A rounded, fruity finish.
Food pairing
Roast chicken, meatballs, pasta and a normal Shabbos dinner.
