Rollover To Zoom
Yatir's flagship - a Bordeaux-style blend from the high-elevation Yatir Forest plateau on the edge of the Negev, one of Israel's most acclaimed cuvees.
Mood: The cellar bottle. The Israeli wine collector who already knows Yatir. The Yom Tov seudah where the flagship comes out.
Tasting notes
Blackcurrant, black cherry, cedar, dark chocolate, mineral, dried herb. Full body, fine structured tannin, dense fruit core, oak-integrated. Long, mineral, layered, age-worthy.
Food pairing
Standing rib roast, lamb shoulder, slow-braised short ribs, aged hard cheese (after the wait), Yom Tov seudah.
